They functionally stole my money for a service that hasn't even started yet and refuse to return the money that they stole. I stated I no longer want their service and that the charge is for a service that hasn't begun yet, and still hasn't. The support representative submitted a ticket in which I got a response denying my refund. I contacted support and requested a refund to which I was decline. I found out that NordVPN auto-renewal feature is opt-out only so they happily charged me the $100 weeks before my subscriptions ended. I found that NordVPN had charged me another $100 for another 3 years to which I do not want. After being a customer for almost 3 years and coming to the end of my subscription, I decided I no longer wanted to use the service since my subscription is nearing an end.
